Our desire is to make shopping with Clarks Outdoor Chairs a pleasurable experience. We take pride in building beautiful long lasting Adirondack furniture that you can enjoy for years to come. If you are not totally satisfied with your furniture and wish to return it. Then leave it in the shipping box unassembled and contact us within 7 days upon receiving it from our shipper. You must then return the product in the original shipping box, undamaged, unassembled and with shipping prepaid. Only products returned in this manner and in original condition will receive a refund.
2 Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the structural failure of materials and our workmanship for a period of two full years from the delivery date provided our furniture is assembled correctly and subjected to normal use. We do not cover accidental damage caused by acts of nature, abusive use, and/or the normal fading and aging of the lumber used. The hardware we use is guaranteed and covered by the manufacturer to not rust for the life of your furniture.
Shipping Damage
If there is any damage call us immediately so we can notify our shipper. Any damage will be taken care of ASAP.
